Since December 2021, AGEMA Construction has been planning to build a complex in Boulazac Isle Manoire (Dordogne - 24). 

The Grand Font complex will comprise a 8,000 m², 3-storey office, retail and warehouse building with 1,200 m² planted terrace.

AGEMA is acting as general contractor for this project, accompanied by DAS Architecture, with delivery scheduled for October 2023.

A camera has been installed to film the development of the site on a continuous basis.
