The Agema Construction team took up the challenge with flying colors! 

CERFRANCE Dordogne is a consulting and accounting firm dedicated to entrepreneurs and farmers in the department. With its strong local roots with 9 agencies in the department, CERFRANCE Dordogne supports companies at every stage of their development, offering tailor-made services in accounting, taxation, management, human resources, and business strategy. This new building, located in the heart of the “Créa Vallée Nord” business park near Périgueux, is equipped with:

• 21 offices
• 2 break/meeting rooms with a surface area of ​​27m² and 17m²
• 1 bicycle parking lot with 10 spaces
• 1 car park with 26 spaces, 8 of which have electric charging stations, as well as a disabled space. 

Our Agema Construction teams, present on site since April 2023, have proposed a “turnkey” solution ranging from project planning to delivery of the building.
