The first images of the ESAT de Trélissac construction site!

This new ESAT (Establishment and Service of Assistance by the Work), located on the Zone of Activity «Borie Porte» in Trélissac (24), will allow a hundred workers in situation of mental and/or psychic handicap and to the dozen professionals who accompany them, to work in better conditions while developing new projects.

In addition to the already existing printing, repackaging, transcription into Easy to Read and Understand (FALC) and leather processing activities, a restaurant, open to the public, will be created. This inclusive restaurant will demonstrate the capabilities and skills of ESAT’s workers.

Since September 2023 and the start of construction, nearly 14 different companies have come together around Agema Construction to create this facility consisting of two separate buildings:

A first "Production" cell consisting of a storage unit, a production unit including the Work Shops, a social local unit and an administrative unit for the administration of the ESAT.

A second “Catering” cell is intended to accommodate a self for resident workers and their staff (60 seats/120 meals on a midday service), a small brasserie open to all (50 seating), a central kitchen of 1200 meals/day and a catering preparation area. This second building will be open to the public.

These two buildings are on the ground floor and are spaced at least 12 metres apart.
