On Friday November 10, 2023, the foundation stone for the future Esat in Trélissac was laid.

The facility will eventually accommodate around 100 disabled workers and a dozen professionals.

The facility will comprise two separate buildings with a total surface area of 1872 m² :

   - A "Production" building with several workstations

   - A "Catering" building with a self-service restaurant for resident workers

    and their supervisors (60 seats/120 meals per lunchtime service)

    and a small brasserie, seating around 50, will be open to the public - a first in the Dordogne.

"It's an honor for Agema to help improve the living and working conditions of people with disabilities," says Francis Roux, Chairman of the Group.

Agema Construction takes charge of the entire project.

Delivery is scheduled for the 1st quarter of 2025.
