A titanic operation for the Dordogne

This programme, with a total area of more than 15,000m 2, is carried out by a group of several companies in the department:

Lagarde et Laronze / Sol Technic / Vidal / Art Projetc / Revêt Isol / Riou / Erelec / Dutreix Schindler / Armis / Fabre

This project was designed by the DAS Architecture agency.

Named "Grand Font", it will be composed of a RDC with a height of 5.70m for an area of more than 3,000m 2, 3 shelves of 3.7m high each, for an area per floor of 4,500m2 (R+1), 3000m2 (R+2) and 2,500m2 (R+3)

This site will host the future head office of the Seven group, a holding company composed of several subsidiaries:

Agema Agencement, Agema Construction, AGS Facilities, Lajarthe, Ahrpe, Jubien, Bouteiller and Serim

A project that mobilizes Agema construction’s poles of excellence!

Work on this titanic project began in September 2022, with the support of engineering teams.

Currently, the teams in the field are finalizing the outdoor terraces, the bodyguards and the different finishes.

1 grue a été déployée pour desservir l’opération. C’est d’ailleurs la grue la plus haute que le Groupe n’ait jamais installée avec plus de 30m en hauteur sous crochet.

In the coming weeks, the Group’s teams will also be working on the asphalt section and the various car parks for a property with a capacity of more than 200 spaces.  Mobilizing up to more than thirty men at the peak of activity, this operation will see the delivery of the structural part (closed-covered) in spring 2024.

In the following steps, interior arrangements can begin.
